Customer privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. Any personal data held on our computer will remain confidential to The Nook. Your email address will not be used for any purpose other than to contact you regarding your order or to send you further information on The Nook products in which you may be interested. It will not be sold or given to another party for any reason whatsoever. 

In using this Site, Customer acknowledges that there are inherent risks associated with the electronic transmission of information over the Internet and that The Nook will not be liable to a Customer except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of The Company. 

Confidentiality 

The Nook will not disclose to any third party any specific information provided by Customer except as contemplated by these terms and conditions and as may be reasonable or necessary to process orders, verify information provided and to collect amounts owed to The Nook. However, The Nook does not warrant to Customer and disclaims any responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by Customer in using this Site and in ordering products or services. Shipping Privacy 

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain wrappings. The only markings on the package will be your name and address on the front and our return address on the reverse. If you wish to inquire about the status of your order at any time, feel free to email us. In the event of supply difficulties, alternatives will be offered but should the customer wish to cancel the order a full refund will be made within 7 days

International Orders: 

Shipping options for International are either International Air or International Priority. All customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, insurance, and miscellaneous charges that may be imposed by your countries customs division are the sole responsibility of you the customer. 

APO, FPO and PO Boxes are shipped only through USPS. 

Additional Fees Refused Packages: All packaged that are shipped to you and refused will be charged a $10 fee per package refused. If you refuse a package, you will also be subject to the 10% restocking fee, and your original shipping will not be refunded. 

Additional Services: Our shipping prices cover regular ground shipping. Our shipping rates are assessed per order. However, express services are always available to you at an additional cost by either making note on your invoice in the customer message section of how you would like it shipped, emailing us at admin@a2zbargainsnook.com  or Raptureheels@cox.net so that we can accommodate your request.

General Information: The Nook carries merchandise which is normally sold at Rapture Heels but at a discounted or wholesale rate. We have many available items that are not listed, so please drop us a note if your looking for something in particular. Our response is within 24-48 hours within receipt of your note.
